Manage your account and settings

Update your profile, permissions, data export, and deletion choices.

Review Profile settings #

Woven Profile holds personal details, Partner Connection, preferences, billing, and privacy. Weave My Profile focuses on matching information. Open the screen for the change you want and verify the saved result.

For an email change, follow verification instructions and check the new inbox. Keep your current sign-in access until confirmed.

Adjust appearance and language #

App Settings offers Dark Mode, language, and region controls. The public header also has a language selector. Changing language does not change your account identity or partner connection.

Review notifications #

  1. Open the notification setting in App Settings.
  2. If wanted, enable it and review the browser permission request.
  3. For Notifications blocked, change the site's browser permission first.
  4. If unsupported, check updates directly in the app. A saved preference cannot make an unsupported browser deliver push notifications.

Export a copy of your data #

  1. Find Data Export in Profile's privacy section.
  2. Choose Export My Data and wait for the download.
  3. Save the JSON privately. It can include supported profile, check-in, moment, ritual, and Weave data.
  4. Review before sharing. An export is a copy, not an account transfer or automatic restoration tool.

Understand account deletion #

Delete Account requires typing DELETE. Read the confirmation before proceeding. The app can schedule deletion and show a countdown; follow that displayed deadline rather than assuming a fixed grace period.

When deletion is pending, use Restore My Account if offered before the deadline and verify the restored state. Do not assume recovery is possible after the available period.

Deletion, partner unlinking, and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Review billing before deleting if you have a paid plan.

Sign out on shared devices #

Use Log out in the account menu. Close downloaded exports or private screenshots on shared devices. If another account appears at sign-in, check the selected browser or Google account before adding content.
